Location: Canada (Hybrid/Remote options available)
Department: Business Development, Planning & Strategy
Duration: 3 months (with high possibility of full-time offer based on performance)

Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and dynamic Business Development Intern to join our Canada/Global team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to consulting, real time experience, getting a meeting, market research, client engagement, and business operations in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to support consulting projects.
  • Work on business strategy presentations, reports, and proposals for clients.
  • Support the leadership team in client acquisition, business development, and partnership activities.
  • Contribute to internal process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, workshops, and client meetings.
  • Prepare analytical dashboards, project trackers, and performance reports.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for ongoing projects and initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA / Master’s / Bachelor’s in Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of AI tools is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in teams in a multicultural environment.
  • High sense of initiative, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
