Adrian is an accomplished leader with over 15 years of experience in organizational transformation programs. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong track record of success in transformation of the group functions, mainly finance, procurement, HR and IT. He has held several leadership positions, including the role of EMEA Head of Transformation in Merck where he successfully implemented transformation programs across the globe and across the businesses and delivered over multi million EUR savings. During his time in Accenture, he managed critical engagements in digital transformation and Global Business Services practice for clients in pharma and logistics. His expertise includes also managing P&Ls, during his career in Genpact Adrian managed the EMEA IT Services business line. He has extensive knowledge in designing compelling proposals to the executive board both as internal as well as external advisor. Adrian holds an Executive MBA from Kellogg - WHU and is excited about the opportunity to bring his experience and expertise to the clients of APMAC.

Over the years, she has led strategic functions at Citi, ICAP, and ADP in New York, and currently serves as a Transformation Leader in India. Solving complex problems, driving meaningful impact, and witnessing tangible outcomes are what fuel her passion—both professionally and personally. Her journey, though marked by highs, lows, and unexpected turns, has been one of resilience and determination, driven by a steadfast mindset to always stay “at it” and “on it.”

She has been honored with the Diamond Award by Genpact and the Woman of Excellence Award by the Indian Achievers’ Forum—recognitions she deeply cherishes. Beyond her corporate role, she leads initiatives that reflect her belief in living a full and purposeful life. She serves as the Chapter Lead for Lean In India, a Sheryl Sandberg-founded organization empowering women to realize their career ambitions. As Global Head – Energy, he leads strategic initiatives that help clients navigate complex market dynamics, regulatory transitions, and the evolving landscape of renewable and conventional energy.

Alok’s career spans across oil & gas, renewables, power, and infrastructure sectors, where he has led multidisciplinary teams and delivered transformative results for large-scale enterprises. His expertise lies in designing and executing strategies that drive operational efficiency, enable digital transformation, and foster sustainable growth. At APMAC, Alok plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s global energy strategy — focusing on market development, project feasibility, process optimization, and capability building. His vision is to empower energy businesses to adapt, innovate, and achieve long-term resilience through data-driven decisions and strategic foresight.

Before joining APMAC, Alok held senior leadership and advisory positions in several reputed energy organizations, contributing to international projects across Asia, the Middle East, and North America. He also serves on the advisory board for Aqumon, a fintech wealth management company focusing on AI/robotic-advisory. He has an EMBA degree from Kellogg-HKUST EMBA Program. Kevin is the Chairman of Junior Police Call for TKO District, a non-profit organisation focusing on youth awareness and development on police matters.

For more than three decades Alex has passionately focused on commercializing innovative sustainable mobility solutions and their supporting infrastructure. She has been a transformational leader in multiple companies including Fermata Energy, Brunswick Corporation, Polaris Industries, Stellantis, Johnson Controls, AVL and General Motors.  Alex specializes in developing and successfully commercializing emerging technologies and complex systems. She is an expert in product strategy, product market fit, product development, building partnerships and successfully integrating small businesses into larger corporations. Alex is currently an independent consultant, serves on three Boards and is a Senior Advisor to multiple organizations. Alex is extremely excited to support APMAC in an advisory capacity.

Alex’s personal passions include the outdoors and wildlife. She is an avid hiker, biker and kayaker. She has 2 dogs and 5 cats, all rescues (many of which are graduates from Friends for Animals of Metro Detroit, an animal shelter in Dearborn, MI that Alex serves as a voluntary Board Member on).

My professional journey began as a Senior Subject Matter Expert in statistics, with three years of experience under my belt. Currently, I’m pursuing my dream of becoming a data analyst at APMAC, Canada. Beyond my love for numbers, I’m an artist at heart. Ahmed Safadi is a senior industrial design and implementation leader with 15+ years re-engineering processes and standing up high-performing plants across oil & gas, packaging, food processing, metals, and logistics in Canada and the MENA region. He converts concepts into reliable capacity—translating business needs into flow-balanced layouts, standard work, and automation/robotics—then drives FAT/SAT, commissioning, and ramp-up to plan.

At APMAC, Ahmed heads Industrial Design & Implementation, where he applies Lean and reliability disciplines to lift sustained performance: SMED to compress changeovers, TPM/CMMS to stabilize assets, A3/RCFA to eliminate chronic losses, and visual management to keep teams on cadence. His programs regularly raise uptime and OEE, cut scrap and rework, and reduce total conversion costs. He builds enterprise scorecards and plant-level KPIs (throughput, FPY, OEE, MTBF/MTTR, schedule adherence), with tiered reviews and live dashboards that turn data into daily decisions.

A hands-on safety and risk champion, Ahmed embeds OHS into design and operations—LOTO, machine guarding, ergonomics, HAZOP-style risk registers, and contractor controls—so improvements are both faster and safer. He holds an EMBA (Kellogg), a BSc in Industrial Engineering, and credentials as a PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and ISO 9001 External Auditor, and is known for building cross-functional teams that deliver measurable results, not just compliant projects.

Most recently, Eric co-founded a quantum computing startup, where he served as CEO and successfully secured pre-seed funding. Prior to that, he was instrumental in establishing a European public-private joint venture in IT, which he led as Chairman & CEO for 13 years, scaling revenues to over CAD $30 million. Throughout his career, he has driven both intrapreneurial ventures and large-scale strategic initiatives. Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, Eric has lived and worked across Asia, Latin America, Eastern Europe, and Canada, giving him a unique ability to bridge cultures and guide organizations through transformation and growth.

He also dedicated 9 years as an advisor, supporting SMEs in their international expansion journeys. Originally from France, Eric has made Vancouver his home since 2013 and is now a proud Canadian citizen. He holds an Executive MBA from France and a Master’s in Telecommunications Engineering.
