Navneet is a pride Kellogg alumni for his Executive MBA, a Master of Computer Science graduate from India. Navneet is a Certified Enterprise Architect and a Certified Business Architect. Navneet in his free time loves to practice yoga, crossfit, martial arts, skating, biking and swimming.

Adrian is an accomplished leader with over 15 years of experience in organizational transformation programs. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong track record of success in transformation of the group functions, mainly finance, procurement, HR and IT. He has held several leadership positions, including the role of EMEA Head of Transformation in Merck where he successfully implemented transformation programs across the globe and across the businesses and delivered over multi million EUR savings. During his time in Accenture, he managed critical engagements in digital transformation and Global Business Services practice for clients in pharma and logistics. His expertise includes also managing P&Ls, during his career in Genpact Adrian managed the EMEA IT Services business line. He has extensive knowledge in designing compelling proposals to the executive board both as internal as well as external advisor. Adrian holds an Executive MBA from Kellogg - WHU and is excited about the opportunity to bring his experience and expertise to the clients of APMAC.

Rajbir Singh Chauhan is a seasoned business development leader with over 23 years of experience spanning logistics, construction, infrastructure, and renewable energy. He has led high-impact initiatives across India and Southeast Asia, with a strong track record in strategic growth, market penetration, and long-term client engagement. Academically, Rajbir holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is currently pursuing an MBA from CU. He has further strengthened his commercial and strategic capabilities through a Diploma in Sales from the National Institute of Sales. His commitment to continuous learning is reflected in his certifications from IIT Madras (Pravartak Technologies Foundation) in Generative AI for Business, Data-Driven Decision Making, Digital Marketing, and Design Thinking, along with the successful completion of 10 Harvard ManageMentor certifications covering leadership, innovation, strategic execution, team performance, and inclusive workplace practices. Beyond business, Rajbir brings a people-first mindset, reinforced by a diploma in caregiving from Singapore—highlighting his adaptability, empathy, and emotional intelligence. A former national-level Taekwondo athlete and state-level boxer and sprinter, he approaches every challenge with focus, discipline, and resilience. Fluent in multiple languages and adept at navigating cross-cultural environments, Rajbir plays a key role at APMAC Consulting Inc., where he leads business development strategy. Currently, I’m pursuing my dream of becoming a data analyst at APMAC, Canada. Beyond my love for numbers, I’m an artist at heart.
